The COOLSHIRT NACA duct provides air flow to the cooler in order to help cool the driver. The NACA duct brings in fresh air from outside of the car instead of having to rely on the hot air inside of the car. This provides drivers with fresh, cool air to their helmets.
The COOLSHIRT® contains approximately 50 feet of medical grade capillary tubing securely stitched on the front and back of the shirt. It is connected to a compact cooling unit via insulated hose
(sold separately) with quick, dry disconnects. The cooling unit contains ice, water and an internal pump that supplies cool water to COOLSHIRT® as it covers up to 40% of the body.
Powered by a 7.4V lithium ion battery, the COOLSHIRT ® Kart Bag is used as a self contained portable cooling system for the racer that has limited room to work with. The bag is designed to use our endurance ice packs and plug directly into any of our liquid cooled garments. This bag is perfect for karting, formula racing or anywhere that a small, compact cooling solution is needed due to space limitations.
